When she was awake, was she really awake or really drowsy acting and out of it? It sounds like lethargy to me not just tiredness, especially if she had a good night’s rest. I would say that she might have been at the beginning of a crisis and the stress dose may have pulled her out of it. Also, after my girls have been in a crisis or near one and have been stress dosed, they usually sleep heavy for 1-3 hours and then are fine.  I think it is the body’s way of coming out of the attack.

I would keep an eye on her even if she is acting fine. Maybe she is coming down with something.
