I’m sorry that Reagan wasn’t feeling well.  I would think it would be weird to have a crisis without any noticeable cause or illness.  Are you sure she didn’t have any type of virus.  You know that sometimes it’s possible to have a virus and feel nothing.  Rylan, my 6yr old, had strep throat and didn’t have any symptoms.  The only reason we found out is because the other 3 boys had it and I took Rylan in and told the doctor that I wanted him to have a strep test done.  The doctor was shocked when Rylan’s strep came back positive.  Maybe you should have her checked for a virus.    Other than that I know.  I hope it doesn’t happen again. Does she have blood sugar problems?  Let us know what the endo says.
