Sorry, just found this. I’ve altered the recipe slightly since then, but not a whole lot. Linda thinks the garlic is too strong, and the black pepper should be split between black pepper and cayenne pepper. I’m also experimenting with adding thyme to the recipe. But in all honesty none of that really changes the taste all that much.
