My grandson who is 8 yrs old SWCAH on cortef & florinef has alot of the same symptoms. Mostly the headaches. He feels alot the same way somewhat of the time. His endo swears its not CAH related. His labs are also normal. The eye Dr. said it was from the florinef!!! The pedo wasn’t sure. No one wanted to claim this. He is on a nasal spray also. We finally decided to have his adenoids removed, do an allergy test and something with his nose. I forgot the name of it.  I know this is probably not what your wanting to know. But.... I thought I would tell you what we got out of it. The school nurse & myself have kept a log on each time he has the headache, the dizziness. It has been very often. I in my gut feeling feel it is CAH related.
