My 13 year old had similar episodes, especially the headaches. Her levels were always o.k. When we did the last blood her levels were a little high and we upped her cortef (7.5mg 3x day, .1mg fludro 1x day- current dosage) and lo and behold she hasn’t had an episode in 6 months. It was like night and day. The increase was 2.5 mg midday. My endo had said the headaches were not CAH related until after the increase and then she said I guess they were related.
