When we were going through "male factor" infertility treatment my doctor said "It only takes one of those little guys to make a baby".  My husband’s sperm count was very low and we ended up going the IVF route.  Not only did it work the first time, but 5 months after giving birth to my daughter we found out we were pregnant with my son (CAH) all on our own.

Does your insurance cover any kind of infertility assistance?  Maybe you can look in to that aspect of achieving pregnancy.  Even if there is just one little sperm in the specimen they can retrieve it and implant it into your egg.  Then you need to wait and see if it fertilizes and go on from there.

My heart is with you as I remember those days of infertility never knowing if I would ever be a Mom.  We were on an adoption waiting list and we even had a pregnant teen that wanted to give up her baby to us.  The day before we were to meet with her we found out that we were pregnant.  She ended up keeping her baby after all so it all worked out for the best.
