Hello all! My Mitzi has been eating like a bird since the day we brought her home.

 She does drink LOTS of milk and seems to eat in spurts. She is 4 years old and eats well with other children....but for dinner time at our house.......... She will do EVERYTHING but eat. I am letting her find her own comfort level with food so I don’t make a BIG issue about it. I usually make food fun or things like very small pancakes or burgers or sandwiches and call it Barbie food. Also I have cookie cutters that she cuts her cheese slices with and she cuts her pepperoni with child safe scissors to put in her grilled cheese. Apple with toothpicks and raisins for eyes and nose ect. I put most of her food /snacks in small paper cups and she eats in the car seat or on the run while playing. It is working for now...hopefully later she will learn the art of fine dining...(such as sitting at the table) LOL Also once a week she gets to plan the menu and and have dinner at her table and chairs with her dishes and guests. (dolls & bears) Our next trick is to let her pick the food for one night a week meal. UGH! I hate Mcdonalds .......LOL.
