When Ashley was an infant/toddler (she will be 10 soon) she rarely ate and was very tiny.  She was basically a stick figure.  The pediatrician said for me not to worry that she was healthy and well hydrated.  I always made sure she had plenty of water and milk.  She loved cheese, so I would make my own macaroni and cheese and add veggies to it. Her appetite did not increase until she started kindergarten and then she started shoveling the food in.

Now she is starting to eat like a bird again.  She often has a small bowl of cereal in the morning, tuna sandwich and ceral bar for lunch with bottled water, fruit and cheese at after school program with bottled water, and whatever I fix for dinner.  She drinks a lot of milk at home.

Don’t worry, eventually your child will start eating more as she gets older.
