Have a great trip and enjoy your time with your Grandsons. What a great idea to show you son& family some posts from the message board and let them realize how we all respond to feedback that we l get from the board. I KNOW I would be lost without it !  ANGER for me is DEPRESSION in a unexpressed form.  I wake up in the morning and grab my diet coke and sing my little diddy....... Just a prozac a day takes the  uglies away.Have you  had your prozac today? Then sail through my day being nice to the rest of the world! Works for me! You would not want to be around me if I forget to take my meds. UGH! I am so miserable I can’t stand myself or ANYONE in a 10 mile radius who is breathing! LOL
