My SWCAH too had oral thrush till he was 2 and half years old. Now he is 3.6 yrs old and all the thrush problems have disappeared. Don’t worry it will be alright as he grows up. Our doctors say that after taking the pills, the child should be given lots of water so that no amount of medicines remain in mouth. My son simply loves the taste of HC & Florinef and chew them up, so I always ask him to drink water after taking pills. Sometimes he drinks and sometimes he won’t.
