My friends that breastfed had many more cases of thrush that the bottlefed kids.  Also, I breastfed one of my kids longer than the other, and the breastfed one got thrush more often.  Good Luck....I just think it is a common thing with breastfeeding, but the benefits far outweigh the dealing with thrush!!!
