I’m almost 41 and have SW-CAH. I currently take 0.25mg of dexamethasone which I think is the generic for decadron. The only time I have gone up is during pregnancies (4). I went as high as 1.0mg and then back down after delivery.

Maybe your daily REIKI energy treatments and meditaion is paying off. Not to say you are cured but maybe you need a smaller dose. Based on my experience (I am certainly not a doctor of any kind), 0.5mg seems HIGH. Again, each case is different and you (and your doctor) have to do what is right for you. Good luck!
