I have taken .75, .5 and .375. currently I take .450 (I now get the elixir  (liquid)Dex - the best move I’ve ever made and so much easier to measure).  On .75 my 17ohp was 20 (oversupressed),  on .375 it was 1100 ( way too high for me) I’m waiting for my current labs on .450. I feel really good though.... for me being around 200 is perfect.
