My daughter took Lupron shots from the age of 5 until 13 and they really worked for her.  The thing is, they work by delaying puberty and I would think a 16 yr old boy would have gone through puberty.  What about growth hormone injections?  I don’t know much about them, but have heard that they are sometimes used in conjunction with CAH patients to increase height if the growth plates are not closed already.
