Like I said, when talking to others to explain what the external genitalia look like you may say things like " the clitoris is inlarged like a penis"  That is not saying that you have a penis..it is helping the other person understand what it looks like.  That is what the CARES foundation quote says, that is how I explained it to my brother when he called to find out about his niece.  what is wrong with that?

Flaming parents is what you do Betsy.  You said the parents of CAH girls who decide that surgery is needed need a labotomy... think that is much worse than anything on this link.  

I don’t see my post as flaming anyways to the person quoted in the article.  I would like to hear from her and read the article myself before doing that.
