I’m sorry I don’t have any answers for you, but I am planning on becoming pregnant this summer, and as of now I plan on taking the Dex, but I do have concerns about it, so who knows until I get to that point.  I am assuming you did not know with you last child about the CAH until after the birth.  I have a 4 year old son with SWCAH, but I want to do all I can to prevent a daughter from having genital abnormalities.  I wish you the best, and I hope we both find some answers
