Yeah. I am with the others. We are our own child’s advocate I am sorry to say. I learned the hard way when my daughter was first MISdiagonsed at birth. I am glad I learned the lesson early and my daughter’s life didn’t have to be sacrificed in order to learn it. She almost died because of misdiagnosis at birth of CAH. So educate yourself on the things you have just mentioned. You seem to have got this CAH thing down pat. As far as the thrush goes, the only time we have been warned about thrush is when my daughter takes an inhaled steriod for her asthma, daily. The directions warn to be sure to rinse the mouth after every inhaled dose or thrush will result. NEVER did they warn us about the Cortef. And she chews that stuff! I think maybe shopping for a new ped. could be on your list. None of them are perfect but you gotta get someone pretty close to it.

As far as the Diabetic aspect of her health. I would definately check into that. Has she had an increase in thirst lately? Has she frequented the bathroom breaks during the night? I do know a cousin of my husband was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes when these things started. That and the fatigue.  Look into all this you mentioned. Shop for a new ped. maybe, and definately trust that gut feeling you have. God gave you that when He gave you a child. It is there for a reason. Trust in it. Good luck. Let us know.
