I had a problem just getting Ashley to eat period!!  I ended up always having to pump my milk.  But she would never take the salt with her breast milk.  The pediatrician put it to me this way--he said that breastmilk is sweet and that sodium chloride tastes nasty--formula tastes nasty so try giving her meds to her in formula.  So I started making a one ounce bottle of formula with her meds in it, and she took it just fine.  The Cortef I always put into her mouth, but the florinef and sodium chloride I put into the bottle.  Then when she finished the bottle I would nurse her.  Because I was at home this was not inconvienent for me.  Hope this helps.
