MeganHi Louise,
Sorry it’s taken me a few days to respond - haven’t been on the site.
In regards to the ’pain everyday’ phenomena I wonder sometimes if there is some connection with fibromyalgia/CFS symptoms - even if it is not the full scale ’syndrome’. I don’t know why we are in pain everyday - we just are. There rarely seems to be a clear cut reason why the pain happens. Obviously before/during illness it is more marked and recovery is often slower but I rarely get illnesses these days since I started (four years ago) consistently using a good multivitamin/ mineral/antioxidant supplement etc.
Also no, I am not the Megan who spoke at the Cares Conference last year. I live in another country but I may get to attend in a year or so.
