We live in Knoxville, TN.  We are VERY fortunate to have wonderful doctors here - both for Kate (SWCAH) and me!  I will give you all the info that you want on the CVS.  My "regular" ob will not be doing it - he referred me to a "high-risk" ob, also here in town.  Again, we are lucky that we have such great people here in Knoxville to help us through this...
