While searaching for info this afternoon I located this great board.  I read the thread on agitation and found it helpful today.  I have a two year old with CAh who arrived from India 6 weeks ago.  She had her first fever this weekend.  I don’t see any signs of illness she had immunizations on tuesday.  I doubled her doses yesterday and today.  Since waking up from her nap she has been unusually short tempered and cranky nothing like her usual tantrums (she is 2).  I’m not sure if this is from the illness and I should triple the next dose this eveining or if it is a side effect from doubling the dose?  We are in Northern virginia anyone else in our neck of the woods.  Any info would be appreciated.
