My son 3years too has SWCAH. Whenever he got immunized, we doubled the hc dose if he had fever just for couple of days. Our endo says to double the dose if fever is above 100 degree F. Hope ur daughter is well by now. By the way u mentioned India in ur post. Are u Indian? I am from India. All the best.
