No no no, not at all, I never ever meant to imply in *any* way that CAH was, as you put it "a  suppressed group that benefited in some way from the feminists" - this has absolutely *nothing* to do with what I’m talking about in my essay!  The link between the two subjects is tenuous at best, and I don’t think that Feminism in *any way* has affected CAH - not at all!  I can see we’ve got our wires crossed somewhere along the line!!  I also never meant to imply that doctors are anything but hardworking and caring - I know that they are (or most of them, anyway) - you mentioned in a previous post that I had said that I thought doctors were bad or something like that, but I don’t think I said that, or if I did, it was an accident or misunderstanding because I don’t think that at all!

I never had the opportunity to study sociology (I would have liked to though), but like you, enjoy discussions, so I’m glad to see that you enjoyed posting your messages!

Thank you for your help and your very interesting comments.  I’m going to look out for references to CAH in the future as I didn’t know about it before, but now that I do, I’ll probably see it mentioned wherever I go!  It’s the way life works!
