Hey Susan, It’s funny you ask that because i was pondering the same question.  I am currently taking .5mg a day in pill form but have taken the liquid in the past.  What i noticed on the liquid is that....it didnt last as long through the day as the pill, gave me violent mood swings,  i had a huge head ache around 4pm , and my skin  started to change also (more oily, which was really weird)...Anyways i havent had a blood test in a while but I feel pretty good overall....i hope this helps....mia
