she asked for opinions~ I assumed that she was asking about how it was written to maybe give to her daughter farther down the road

From the bottome of my heart I’m not being sarcastic, I have no sarcasm when it comes to medical conditions. From the log the way it was written the baby appears to be two months old and from someone that was in that position plus my parents being in that position and reading my medical records from birth keeping me alive was the first and foremost. She was born how I was and would of been nice if it was just an enlarged but nope had to form even more and just one surgery is the ideal goal but also have in mind that might not always be the case even today and that’s not good or bad but just is.

http://caresfoundation.org  Ms. Leight is a good person to contact and the information from the oganization may help you even more. Ummm... for the log what about some we love her and we’ll get through this together as a family type comments? or that she is good natured about taking the med or fussy or whatever? something to give her character? or maybe how scared you must be? something?
