It’s assumed that Angel loves her daughter and everyone on the board knows that you can die from CAH.  It’s not necessary for everyone to always wear their heart on their sleeve and say a million "God bless everyone" everytime they post.  It’s totally legitimate to worry about the surgery option without also publicly saying that she is glad her daughter isn’t dead!
