we see a consultant at Edinburgh and her blood pressure is checked from time to time but has never been looked at thoroughly.  SHe has never had her urine checked for sodium either - I was unaware of that test as part of CAH routine.  Do you have any information on the 17OHP and fludrocortisone link?  Our consultant keeps saying she doesn’t want to increase the fludro because she is on a high dose for her age - 1 and a half pink tablets, I always forget the dose - and so she keeps wanting to increase the hydrocortisone and says her 17OHP results are never good enough.  Also how do you spread the fludrocortisone dose?  I tend to give her most before bed but maybe there is a better way.  Are you in the UK too?
