Mia, I stopped taking the PAR brand of Dex in December - couldn’t get it anymore. They stopped making it. Guess it wasn’t profitable. I just went from taking .5 to .6 of the liquid because my 17OHP was 1500. Can’t really say I feel better.... I’m having a lot of trouble with dizziness this week and less energy. My face is still broken out too (I’m really beginning to think it’s due to what’s in the Dex elixir)

Interesting you mentioned the insomnia.... I have been having a terrible time with sleeping the last week... I wake up at 3am and can’t go back to sleep. I took my Dex around noon today ( I was feeling really stressed and tired) - we will see if I sleep better tonight.

I was taking my Dex in the morning for a while... but I’m a teacher and frankly, until my dex kicked in I wasn’t quick enough mentally in the morning for the kids - especially since I teach math first thing in the morning.
