I think everyone missed my whole point.  My point had nothing to do with her replies about the surgery.  That was what was asked for.  My point was that the post about CAH being life threatening made it sound like the only thing that the parent was thinking about was the appearance of her child and not the well being of her child.  Whether that was the way it was meant or not, that is what it sounded like and could have been construed as very hurtful.
