I read the article about Kelly Leight - she won the 1st ever unsung hero award from Pfizer, Inc. for her dedicated work on CAH.

In her article she talked about her daughter and how she started Cares. In her description about CAH it was VERY brief. She mentioned that it is an adrenal gland disorder and what it does. It is controlled with medicaton. Left untreated can cause early puberty. She never mentioned the different types or about being life threatening!!!!! Wonder why so brief?????? Just my thoughts. I’m so proud of her and she deserves this award.
