My Endo gives me the sheet to get the lab work done before the next appointment also. He’ll write across it to be done 2 weeks prior to the next appointment and I’ve been known to be digging through old papers looking for that sheet and last time I forgot about the lab work until the afternoon before the appointment and am very lucky that I get my bloodwork done at the hospital that has lightening fast turn around time.
