We never separated any of Alex’s shots (SWCAH) and took them all on schedule.  His endo suggested doubling his cortef the day of the shots, but other than that we did nothing different.  He is now 14 months old and has never had any kind of reaction or any kind of problem as a result of the immunizations.  Hope this info helps you.
