Hi, my daughter turned 7 at the end of january and she has SWCAH. Over the last couple of months she has had a growth spurt and sore nipples,by the time I took her to the GP she had little lumps under her nipples.

I am waiting to see her endo but I am very worried as the GP said it looks like she is going through puberty and developing breasts.

Has anyone heard of this happening so early? any info would be great - Thanks
