Myself, my dad, brother and sister are night owls and my 2 year old SWCAH daughter is no different.  Goes to bed no matter what we try between 11:00 and 11:30.    

My mom says that it was her fault, in our case, because my dad was always on the ship and she kept us up at night with her for company!  I, in turn might have done that to my daughter because I stayed up late in the beginning just worrying about her and wondering if she was okay.  Maybe started the whole vicious cycle again!

Good question, and as a side note, I heard that people who are more anxious are usually night owls.  Have a harder time winding down and getting those gazillion worries out of their heads I guess!
