re: Restless Leg Syndrome??

I am a 43 yr. old with CAH, salt wasting variety. When my potassium levels are low my calves hurt and I involuntarily wiggle them. It really helps the pain go away. If the legs feel tight or have a dull ache this may be the cause.  Over the years I’ve spoken with several of my doctors and they don’t have a clue, but tell me if it works do it. The reason I know it is potassium is if I consume table salt or potato chips about an hour or two later it subsides.
