I know that most of the folks on here are parents with little ones, but I"ve noticed there were some adults. Here is the question: Anyone experience numbness in their lower arms when at rest or during sleep?  I seem to get this lovely experience when I’ve run myself down some. After some rest and sleep it is gone until the next rundown occurs.
