Hi Sara, none of your questions are dumb at all. That is why most of us come to this board to help and to learn.

Anyway oversuppressed means that one is taking too much steroid, undersupressed means not taking enough. The steroids are suppose to suppress our adrenal glands, thats how that work. But we don’t want them too supressed or we will suffer side affects.

Most have the 17 ohp, testosterone, androstendione, dheas and cortisol checked. Renin too if the person is a saltwaster.

Please try not to be overwhelmed. As everything will eventually work itself out. All of the pieces of the puzzle will fit together and be clear to you soon. You are fortunate to have access to the internet and will be able to learn what you need to know early on.

Good luck to you, everything will be okay.
