Any CAH patient have stomach aches after becoming overheated?

I have posted this question I think twice before through the years. I am posting it again since this board has new people. This has happened before with her. My daughter came home with her stomach hurting. She said her head hurt her too but that seemed to subside. She said it was after lunch. It got really hot here this afternoon. I asked her if she got overheated during recess and she said yes. She is in the first grade age almost 8 and is a salt waster. She said she had to sit under the slide because she was so hot but it still didn’t help. Afterward she suffered with her stomach hurting and head. Sounds like she needed more Cortef. What does everyone else do? Last time I posted most adults carried sea salt to take when this started to occur. This frustrates me because I don’t know what to do for her. Once I get her home I give her a double dose of her Cortef and she seems to perk up. She even said, "I thought once I had my afternoon pill I would feel better but I didn’t." I had to sit her down and tell her that it is important to tell the school nurse this so I can come up and give her some help. Like through meds. ect. I think I am going to pack Gatorade for her lunch and see if that helps. She has salty food for lunch. I guess it is not enough in this heat. Too much Gatorade gives her the poops. Please lend some advice if anyone has any. I have not had her levels checked in a while. She is due so I am not sure if she is under or oversuppressed lately. Thanks!
