I’m not cah, but I have over heated when I was a child.  I do know that dehydration is a big factor in this.  Also stomaches, headaches, and muscle aches are big factors in heat exhaustion.  Does she get real red and feel hot to touch?  I would make sure she understands the importants of seeing the nurse immeditaly.  And the way it sounds for being a salt waster, it is ever more important.  I know that this may not help much, but everything we learn does.

I am so glad to have this site, I am learning so much more about SWCAH.  And I hope I can make a difference in my grandsons life.
