Boy, you have your hands full 2 little ones!!!!!!!! I don’t know how much time you would have but..... there is an online course you can take for medical transcriptionist. I believe it is about an 11 month program. The whole program is online. Also when you have completed the program and get your degree. You can do this from your home.  You might want to look into something like this.
