I have a 16 yr old daughter who has faced some of the same challenges.    First of all, you need to see your endo and make sure your levels of medicine are correct.  After that, I would suggest a nutritionist or someone who can help you to establish a healthy diet.  I don’t mean to "go on a diet" but to find a healthier way of eating - portion control and eating the right foods.  I don’t know if you excercise, but it has helped my daughter tremendously.  Having said all of that, my daughter still struggles with weight issues - she gains some and then loses more than I think she should, but that’s just my "mom’s point of view."  I don’t know what weight you are aiming for, but make sure it is a reasonable, healthy weight for your height and body type.  You don’t want to get too thin

As for the hair, I don’t really know the solution.  I bought my daughter one of those little battery-operated hair removal devices.  It cuts the hair at the surface of the skin.  I can’t think of the name of it, maybe someone else knows what I am talking about.  The excess hair can be an indication of undersuppression - make sure your meds are at the correct level.

I wish you lots of luck with these issues and want you to know that you are not alone in dealing with them.  Please let us know how you are doing.
