It is just so hard sometimes with your first baby to work out what makes them irritable. I guess you always have to take CAH episodes into account first and foremost.

Today she woke up very grumpy and has slept alot. Normally she sleeps 3 X 45 min sleeps per day.  I am not sure if she is teething or not. I will go and get her bloods done tomorrow to make sure levels are ok.

I guess it gets easier to tell once they can tell you when they feel sick?
