I feel for you.  I have been blessed with a great daycare, and I am a teacher where I have lots of time off with my son.  I also have an understanding principal anytime I need off.  I immediately thought of Pampered Chef which another person mentioned.  I have two friends that sale it and they do well.  It involves demonstrating cooking utensils and recipes for busy families.  I love all the stuff, and I believe it sales well.  If I didn’t already work outside the home I would sale it.
