When my grandson, kadin was born, I thought his color unusual.  He was very dark skinned and yes his testicles where larger than normal.  My daughter noticed small amounts of blood in his stools.  Also lost a lot of weight, by the 7th day he had become lethargic and was rushed by airplane to the Peds in Albq.   I think parents have some sort of instinct for there sick children, trust yours.
