My son has a mild rash around his shoulders and neck area.  It looks dry and kinda red it patches.  I showed it to his ped. and he said it was an allergy to something but did not seem at all concerned about it.  My son says it itches every once in a while, but he usually doesnt mention it.  I wondered if it could be eczema.
