I am so sorry for your loss.  I have 2 children SWCAH.  My son was sick with a stomach bug at 2 years of age.  He was getting stressed dosed.  However, it wasn’t enough and he became hypoglycemic and seizured for 45 minutes.  We got him to the ER in time for them to give him extra hydro AND  glucose.  He was hospitalized for observation for several days.  It was very scary and we now have a glucose monitor to guide us during illnesses.  With these kids, you can never underestimate illness, fever or injury.  We treat agressively.
