EBay is an auction site. I’ve sold sold stuff and bought some stuff there. We’re are trying to get stuff at garage sales, and sell them there for a nice profit. The big requirement seems to be the willingness to hit a bunch of garage sales and the space to store the stuff until it sells.

Half.com is another site you can sell stuff at, but you set the price. Linda got a bunch of books from the 50s for about ten cents each. They are going for anywhere from $20 to $50 on the internet, so we listed them for $7.50 for two of them and $10 for the rest, and are waiting to see if someone buys them.

Both sites are owned by the same company, so registering with one, registers you with the other.
