Susan A.I get migraines too. Usually between 4-6 pm. Usually menstrual related - day 21 of my cycle. The following foods trigger them for me: Cheddar cheese, alcohol, coffee, bananas, beans, Nutrasweet (any type), lunchmeat, lack of sleep, anger. I get the aura when it is coming on and can stop it with a little extra dexamethasone (a lifesaver). I have had them for years and years and did the throwing up and going to bed stuff with the headaches... now by taking extra steroids it stops the headache!
