I have a 4 year old son with SWCAH.  I know that puberty can occur early in CAH patients, and out endo. already looks for signs.  However, I would say I started developing early and I do not have CAH.  I began developing breasts at 9 and started my period at 10.  I remember being the first for everything among my friends.    I have never had any problems, and I am the tallest female in my family.  I am 5’7.  No one is very tall in my family including the men.  I am almost as tall as my dad. If I did notice any signs of puberty I would contact her ped. endo.  I feel like the later the better.
