So Betsy if there were a survery that surgery for CAH females have improved and shown good results would you argue with that?  Would you be able to accept those results or still continue to question or debate the satisfactory outcome of surgery these days? 

Of course, if the medical research is conducted on adults who had surgery done using the same technique that is still being done on children.  Thus far, nothing like that is available because you can’t survey children on sexual satisfaction and adults will always have results that can’t compare to what is being done on children because the technique is constantly changing.  For instance, the kids having surgery today may all report horrible results when they grow up and the line will be that it doesn’t matter because technique has changed, just like it is today.

Had the results of the study I posted showed opposite results, I still would have posted it but most studies on the topic show similar results as this one.  Do your own google search and you see for yourself if you somehow think I am altering the results or something which I suspect has crossed your mind.
